Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was found dead at his Rhyl home.
Police were called at approx 11.30am, on Friday 16th April 2010, informing them that a man had been found collapsed in a flat in Edward Henry Street, Rhyl.
Paramedics and Police officers attended the address where the sole occupant, 56 –year-old Philip Holmes, was pronounced dead. A post mortem was conducted on Monday 19th April 2010, with the cause of death being unexplained.
The next of kin have been informed and a family liaison officer has been appointed to support the family.
An investigation has commenced and detectives are now making enquiries to identify the movements of Mr Holmes.
Detective Inspector Martin Davies is appealing for people who knew Philip to come forward so his daily pattern and activities can be established.
