Police investigating a fatal collision on the A541 Hendre, Mold, are today continuing to appeal for information and witnesses to the collision.
The collision happened just before 10pm last night, Saturday, April 9, when a red coloured Nissan Micra was in collision with a tree.
The driver of the car and the rear seat passenger both sustained minor injuries and were taken to Wrexham Maelor Hospital for treatment. The front seat passenger, a 19-year-old from the Wirral, was pronounced dead at the scene. Family Liaison Officers have been appointed and are supporting her family.
North Wales Police are currently not in a position to name the deceased.
