Next Saturday (3 October) sees Walk the Walk, a sponsored walk up Pen y fan, the highest mountain in South Wales.
All funds raised are going to the men/women of the Welsh Guards (and their families) currently serving in Afghanistan.
In addition to the Walk the organisers are planning raffles and a car boot sale.
