Speaking after competing in the Welsh Conservative Party team in the Cardiff 10k run in aid of Kidney Wales, Andrew RT Davies, Shadow Minister for Health and Social Services, said:
“The ability to participate alongside my Conservative colleagues in the Cardiff 10k run promoting such a good cause as kidney Wales was a pleasure and a privilege.
“Members of the Welsh Conservative team have shown great spirit in their fundraising and training for this event with a real sense of pride in being able to highlight a cause close to so many people’s hearts.
“Events like this just do not just happen and I would like to say a big thank you to all the supporters and organisers at Kidney Wales who have helped this annual event grow in strength year after year.”
