Gwent Police is appealing for information following a road traffic collision on Wednesday evening, November 25, at 10.05pm on Clytha Road near Abergavenny.
The collision involved a single vehicle, a black Citreon C2, and a 21-year-old male pedestrian.
The pedestrian was conveyed to Nevill Hall Hospital with serious injuries where he remains in a stable condition.
