M Burke (Glynneath) v Seven Sisters: red card (acts contrary to good sportsmanship). Six (6) weeks suspension. Mr Burke may resume playing on the 31st March 2010.
James Elliot (Fall Bay) v Llangadog (red card – stamping): Five (5) weeks suspension. Mr Elliot may resume playing on the 24th March 2010.
Greg Callow (Bargoed) v Rumney: red card (head butting, fighting): Eight (8) weeks suspension. Mr Callow may resume playing on the 14th April 2010.
Mike Edwards (Nantyffyllon) v Maesteg Quins: (red card – punching an opponent). Seven (7) weeks (five weeks for offence + 2 weeks for running in). Mr Edwards may resume playing on the 7th April 2010.
Michael Lovett (Rhigos ) v Cefn Cribbwr: (red card – stamping). Five (5) weeks suspension. Mr Lovett may resume playing on the 24th March 2010.
Mathew Dean (Mynydd y Garreg) v Tregaron: (red card, stamping). Five (5) weeks suspension. Mr Dean may resume playing on the 24th March 2010.
S Ireland (St Peter’s) v Treherbert: red card (verbal abuse of match official). Twelve (12) weeks suspension. Mr Ireland may resume playing on the 5th May 2010.
Mark Davies (Trimsaran) v Tenby United: red card (head butting). Four (4) weeks suspension. Mr Davies may resume playing on the 10th March 2010.
L Hayden (Aberavon Quins) v Cwmavon: red card (kneeing an opponent). Three (3) weeks suspension. Mr Hayden may resume playing on the 3rd March 2010.
Andrew Healy (Maesteg) v Treorchy: red card (punching). Five (5) weeks suspension. Mr Healy may resume playing on the 17th March 2010.
Kalim Jones (Ferndale) v Tonyrefail: red card (striking an opponent). Five (5) weeks suspension. Mr Jones may resume playing on the 17th March 2010.
Dylan Parry (Caernarfon) v Nant Conwy: red card (two yellow cards). Two (2) week period of suspension for receiving two yellow cards in the same match. Mr. Parry may resume playing on the 24th February 2010.
Ryan Phillips (Maesteg Celtic) v Porthcawl: red card (striking an opponent). Four (4) weeks suspension. Mr Phillips may resume playing the Game on the 10th March 2010.
J Owens ( Tredegar Ironsides) v Brynmawr red card (acts contrary to good sportsmanship) Six (6) weeks suspension. Mr Owens may resume playing the Game on the 24th March 2010.
