Denbighshire County Council is reminding residents that there is still time to have their say in a questionnaire on council services.
The questionnaire, which has been sent out to a random sample of homes across the county, asks questions on a wide variety of issues, including the local area, environmental services, transport, education, social services, housing, culture and leisure.
The survey also looks at how people receive information about the council, how easy or difficult it is to find information about Council services, contact with the Council, opinions about services and people’s views on what the Council’s main priorities should be in future.
Denbighshire’s Chief Executive, Mohammed Mehmet, said: “The Council is committed to bringing the Council closer to its communities. To monitor whether we are achieving this, we need the views of local residents about local issues such as community safety and local services.
“Your views are important to us and the survey results will give us a snapshot of what the key issues are for local people. The results will then help us to shape how we deliver services in your communities in future.”
All the answers will be treated in the strictest of confidence.
Questionnaires should be returned no later than 26 August 2011.
