The latest edition of Flintshire County Council’s newsletter Your Community, Your Council is being delivered to homes and businesses across the county.
The 16 page, bilingual colour publication includes the latest on the new £7.5m primary school development at Connah’s Quay, as well as information about the waste collection changes and about recycling. Two pages are dedicated to the Flintshire countryside, (covering ways to explore it by walking, cycling, horse riding and even a leisure drive), and there are also contact details to help those wishing to join the affordable home ownership register.
This edition also includes a useful pullout A- Z of Council services.
Chief Executive, Colin Everett, said:
“Our civic publication, Your Community Your Council, receives good feedback for being informative, interesting and easy to read. We try to keep it topical; we hope that you enjoy this latest edition.”
Leader of the Council, Councillor Arnold Woolley, said:
“It’s important that we keep residents and businesses informed about the services we provide and we hope they find the latest edition of the Council newsletter interesting and useful.”
