Pupils at Ysgol Twm o’r Nant, Denbigh, will be looking forward to welcoming their first special guest to their school on Tuesday and Wednesday this week when actor and comedian, Eilir Jones, arrives.
Eilir will be conducting a drama and comedy workshop with Key Stage 2 pupils and there’s sure to be plenty of laughter and fun throughout the two days.
Eilir, famous for his S4C Character Ffarmwr Ffowc, is also one of the stars in Planed Plant’s news series, Cei Bach, and is also very well known in Welsh theatre, writing material for the theatre company Bara Caws among others.
Also on November 3rd the children will be honoured to welcome another very special guest, the 76th Bishop of St Asaph, the Rt Rev Canon Gregory Cameron.
The Bishop was ordained in January this year and he will meet the children and take a special assembly.
