E-fit issued following Colwyn Bay burglary

Police are today issuing an e-fit of one of two individuals they want to trace in connection with a burglary at a house in Colwyn Bay.

At around 8.35am on Tuesday, January 4, the householder returned to her home in Queens Drive in the town and disturbed two males in her bedroom. One of the two offenders pushed passed her as he left and both ran from her home.

The householder was not injured during the incident.

They are believed to have fled with an I-Pod and a Samsung netbook and ran from the house up Queens Drive towards the Old Highway.

Both of the men were described as wearing dark clothing.

A search of the area was conducted by officers and also involved the police helicopter.

Police are appealing to anyone who may recognise the individual, or who may have seen two males running from Queens Road after 8.30am to contact officers at St Asaph CID on 101 (if in Wales) 0845 6071001 (Welsh language line) 0845 6071002 (English language line).
