The Chairman of Flintshire County Council has helped a Flintshire resident celebrate a special birthday.
Megan Barwise enjoyed her 100th birthday at the Croes Atti care home in Flint where she was visited by Councillor Colin Legg. She was born in Caernarfon and married to the late Robert Barwise. They were both farmers and Megan enjoyed singing in her early years.
