A woman from Llangynog, near Penybontfawr, has celebrated her 106th birthday.
Miss Noreen Mary Lloyd was personally congratulated on reaching the milestone birthday by Chairman of Montgomeryshire, Councillor Roach Davies and his wife, Ceinwen. They presented Miss Lloyd with a bouquet and birthday card on behalf of the council.
