Some pupils are, as you are aware, due to sit important external examinations next week, commencing on Monday 11th January. If weather conditions deteriorate further over the weekend, and our secondary schools are unable to open for all pupils, We have been assured that they have put arrangements in place for the exams to go ahead as planned.
Most schools will have already contacted those pupils due to sit exams individually, but should you require any further information on this issue, please contact your child’s school by telephone, or access their website for further information.
Should school transportation be disrupted, please make contingency plans to ensure your child is able to access school safely in good time for the start of their exam.
