Police are appealing for witnesses after a bank bag was stolen from a woman as she waited to cross the road.
The incident happened on the High Street in Mold at around 9:45am on Monday 5th July, whereby the woman who worked at First Choice travel agents was carrying takings from the store to a nearby bank.
Whilst waiting to cross the road a man grabbed the bag containing the takings and ran off towards the church.
The woman was not injured during the incident.
The man is described as being white, in his mid 20’s, 5′ 7″ tall, of medium build and was unshaven. He was wearing a grey hooded top and shorts.
Police are also keen to trace a lilac coloured Rover car which was seen parked in the Milford Street area of Mold at the time.
