Come rain or shine, there will be something for Gwynedd children to do this summer.
A number of free play schemes will be operating throughout the county over the holiday, giving youngsters of all ages a new chance to have fun and make friends.
There are around 20 schemes in operation in Gwynedd in several venues including Gwynedd Council run-leisure centres and libraries and at voluntary organisations.

There are also free activities at Gwynedd Council run libraries throughout the holidays.
Last summer nearly 2,000 children took part in the Gwynedd play schemes and it is hoped that as many, or even more, can take part this year.
Ceri Rhiannon, Gwynedd Council’s Play Officer, said: “I would urge parents who think that their children would be interested in coming along to our play schemes to get in touch to find out what’s available in their local area.
“The sessions offer all sorts of free activities, including sports, arts and crafts, play time, den building dancing and so much more.”
Councillor Dyfed Edwards, Leader of Gwynedd Council, said: “I am delighted that these free opportunities are available to the children of Gwynedd. The summer holidays can be a stressful time for families as parents try to juggle work commitments and childcare, but knowing that there are special events for children, in a fun and safe environment, is very reassuring.”
Councillor Roy Owen, Gwynedd Council portfolio leader with responsibility for leisure matters, added: “There is a wealth of activities open to Gwynedd children this summer which will help keep them fit and healthy and give them the chance to try their hand at new challenges.”
