Cardiff based Sherman Cymru/Theatr Iolo present Snow Child at Blackwood Miners’ Institute on Saturday 6th November at 1.30pm.
As far as the eye can see, the world is winter white. Listen carefully, and you’ll hear the sound of snow falling and ice crackling. Look closer again, the snow is stirring, and by the magic of moonlight the Snow Child comes to life. What will happen when the other children discover her next morning?
With puppetry and live music, this mischievous and enchanting play will warm all hearts this Christmas. Created by Sarah Argent, Dafydd James & Kevin Lewis.
The costumes, puppets and set will all provide a great source of visual stimulation but every aspect of the production is also designed to make the children feel comfortable, safe and relaxed in the theatre environment as for many children it might well be their first visit to a theatre.
