A joint investigation between North Wales Police and North Wales Fire and Rescue Service is underway after an 87-year-old woman died following a house fire in Colwyn Bay yesterday morning (Tuesday, February 1).
Police were alerted to the fire at a bungalow on Ffordd Hafryn at 7.48am by the fire Service. Police and Ambulance attended.
An investigation is now underway in a bid to establish the cause of the fire however early indications suggest the fire is not suspicious.
