Police are appealing for information regarding a serious road traffic collision between a Volvo car and a Honda motorbike which occurred on Station Road, Clydach earlier this morning (Thursday June 9th, 2011).
The collision occurred at approximately 10.50 am as the bike was travelling towards Blaenavon and the car was travelling in the same direction. The 56 year old male rider of the motorbike, who is from the Clydach area, has been taken to the Nevill Hall Hospital.
Gwent Police Collision Investigation Unit are investigating and would appeal for any witnesses to the collision to call 01633 642404.
