Staff and pupils at Ysgol Esgob Morgan, St Asaph are celebrating being re-awarded with the prestigious Investors in People (IiP) honour.
Headteacher Tim Redgrave said: ” I would like to thank everyone for the part they played in this—and will continue to play in the future. Investors in People is about moving the whole school forward, and ensuring that we strive for continuous improvement.
“While gaining the award is a wonderful achievement, it is only the start of the process. Communication is the key and we will continue to keep people informed about where we are going as a school and what we want to achieve”.
The school was also recognised as meeting the Investors in People Leadership and Management model. Commenting on the award Mr Redgrave added: “What I like about this award is that it is recognition for the great work already going on – putting the people at the heart of what we do here at Esgob Morgan”.
The IiP assessor said in their report: “There is a strong and evolving culture of shared leadership, and a palpable sense of pride and team spirit evident at the school”
