Abergele police release e-fit after man approaches teenager

Police in the Abergele area are further appealing for information following an incident in the town where a motorist stopped his car and told to a teenager to get into his vehicle.

At around 5pm on Thursday, September 17, a 15-year-old girl was walking along the Broadway close to its junction with Llanddulas Road, when a small silver car pulled up alongside her. The driver, who was the only occupant, got out of the vehicle told her to get into the car.

A light blue van being driven by a man pulled up behind the silver car and its driver beeped the horn. The silver car then drove off. The silver car was last seen turning right at the top of the Broadway onto the Dale towards Tan-y-Gopa Road.

The 15-year-old was unharmed and made her way home.
