Residents from Acton and Rhosddu are being encouraged to attend a training taster day on Tuesday 30th November 2pm-5pm at St John’s Church Hall, Borras Road, Acton.
There will be an opportunity for people to try their hand at Art, computers and yoga and to speak to Nicola Millar, the Community Development Officer for Central Wrexham, about what courses they would like to see brought into the community.
Wrexham County Borough Council are committed to encouraging adults to access learning opportunities and can offer free training from taster sessions to fully accredited courses in subjects such as ICT, Committee Skills, Art, First Aid and Languages.
