And the winner is… Laura Farrell is the Network She ‘Manager of the Year’ 2011

Congratulations to Laura Farrell, Service Manager at Crime Prevention Services Ltd, Northop, Flintshire, on winning the Network She ‘Manager of the Year’ 2011.

On collecting the award for Manager of the Year Laura commented, “It was an honour for me to accept this award, both for my own efforts and on behalf of the whole service team at CPS, particularly with us about to enter out 30th year of successful trading as an independent, family-run business.”

As Service Manager, Laura runs a team of 20 service engineers who provide a corrective and preventative maintenance service nationally for the company’s CCTV, fire, access control and intruder alarm customers.

The service team operate throughout the UK, providing a reliable and efficient service, not only during normal office hours, but including an out-of-hours service for any issues or emergencies that might arise.  As an NSI Gold approved company, Crime Prevention Services customers can be sure that preventive and corrective maintenance works are carried out to current British and European standards.

Last year, Karen Farrell, Managing Director, was presented with the Flintshire Business Woman of the Year award. “It is fantastic that Crime Prevention Services have been successful at this year’s Network She Awards, since it reflects the achievement of the ongoing high standards that the team here aspire to.” She added, “This award is testament to Laura’s hard work and dedication. She is enthusiastic and efficient, who works hard to be a supportive manager and motivate her team.”
