Police in Bargoed are appealing for information regarding the whereabouts of 31 year old Phillip Watts who was last seen at his Gilfach Street, Bargoed address at approximately 11am on Sunday October 18th, 2009.
He is described as five feet four inches tall, of a slim build, with short hair. When he was last seen he was wearing a waist length light coloured puffa jacket with a large blue stripe across the back of it, a red t-shirt, blue jeans and black trainers.
Police are concerned about his welfare as he is known to suffer from depression. He is known to have connections in the Cardiff area.
If anyone has seen him or has information regarding his whereabouts, they are asked to call Gwent Police on 101.
