Calling all young people with an interest in acting, directing, designing and technical work! The County Youth Theatre is growing and looking for new members at Newbridge.
Whether your interest lies in performing, script writing, stage management or designing costumes, making theatre set or creating stage make- up, there will be something for you at the County Youth Theatre!
The groups meet each week during term times: Wednesdays at Blackwood Miners Institute from 6pm- 8pm and Thursdays at the Newbridge Memo, 6.00pm -8pm.
Caerphilly Youth Theatre is organised by Caerphilly County Borough Council’s Arts Development service, past work includes devised pieces of theatre written by the group, through to dance pieces and well-known plays. Performances have taken place at Blackwood Miners Institute, The Big Cheese, Caerphilly’s Got Talent and Llancaiach Fawr to name a few!
The first session is FREE and membership is a bargain at £15 per term. Why not come along to meet new people, gain new skills and above all HAVE FUN!
