Two people have been arrested in connection with the death of 27 year old Ian Hamilton, found deceased at the side of Penmaen Road in the early hours of Sunday July 17th.
A 22 year old man and an 18 year old female from the Risca area have been arrested on suspicion of death by dangerous driving and they are currently in custody.
