Having your children’s names tattooed on your back is fine if you’ve got 2.4 kids. When you’ve got 20 it’s slightly different.
The striking photo-documentary which opens at the Torch Theatre, Milford Haven on July 3, is about Mike Holpin, a 47 year old Welsh father with 20 children. It covers events over the course of a year when Betina documented his chaotic life whilst he searched for some of his estranged children.
Extracts of the exhibition were selected as part of the Y Lle Celf Exhibition at the Ruthin National Eisteddfod and at the Welsh Photography Open.
The exhibition runs until August 1 2010
