A group of staff from a wide range of service areas have just completed the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 5 Diploma.  The course is equivalent to Foundation Degree level on the Qualification Framework.

This group of staff was the first to complete the qualification with training provider Talk Training.

The 19 learners were rewarded with a graduation ceremony held on Tuesday 1st July which was arranged and funded by Talk Training in recognition of the hard work and commitment when completing the qualification.  Caps and gowns were worn for the occasion and family members were invited along to share the moment.

Gareth Hardacre, Head of HR and Organisational Development congratulated the group on their achievement and said, “The ILM framework provides employees with an excellent foundation for a career in management. We seek to provide high quality learning opportunities for staff and hope to see more people taking advantage of the course in the future.”
