Cllr Rodney Skelland, Lead Member for Regeneration and Corporate Governance said,
‘Wrexham will mark St. David’s Day with a Parade on March 1st followed by a market on March 3rd, we encourage everyone to come along and support both of these great events. St. David’s Day is a day to celebrate our Welsh culture and heritage, the parade has become a great annual event and I hope this year it will attract even more spectators to line the streets and help us celebrate. ‘
A St. David’s Market is to be held on Saturday 3rd March from 10am – 4pm on Queens Square, Wrexham. The annual market will include over 50 stalls selling a variety of products including Welsh food and crafts.
