The Chairman of Flintshire County Council has congratulated three recipients in the Queen’s New Year’s Honours list.
Councillor Colin Legg met Flintshire residents Professor Maureen Wayman, who received an OBE for services to local and national higher education; Kathleen Fox who received an MBE for services to the community through the Deeside Community Hospital’s League of Friends and Mike Williams who was awarded an MBE for services to the Flintshire community at a visit to County Hall, Mold.
