Missing woman update

Police are increasingly concerned about the whereabouts of a woman missing from Trefor near Caernarfon in Gwynedd.

Pauline Annette Edwards, 68, was reported missing on Friday February 5th and hasn’t been seen since.

A thorough search of Trefor and the surrounding area has been conducted involving the Mountain Rescue Team and Search and Rescue Teams using specially trained dogs to try and establish what has happened to Mrs Edwards.

Underwater search teams have  also searched  the seafront near the harbour and pier and enquiries are continuing in the village.

Police are currently extending their search along the coastline with the help of the Coast Guard, the RNLI and the Police Air Support Team.

North Wales Police are appealing  to anyone who has information concerning the disappearance of Pauline Edwards, who may have seen her in the area over the weekend or at any time since she was reported missing.
