Progress on the planning applications for a new foodstore and a replacement factory for the Dobson and Crowther business in Llangollen has been delayed pending resolution of highway issues in relation to the factory proposals at Cilmedw.
It was anticipated that the applications would be considered at Denbighshire’s Planning Committee meeting on July 18th, but Welsh Government Transport – the highway authority for the A5 trunk road – have requested the Cilmedw application be held in abeyance until the outstanding matters are resolved.
The earliest the applications can now be reported to the Committee is the 19th September.
