Denbighshire Leisure Services has arranged a summer full of activities for people interested in developing their sports coaching skills.
Coaching is a fundamental part of community sport and individuals need to make sure they have the correct qualifications and training to deliver quality training sessions for all, especially young people.
Denbighshire’s Sports Development team provides local coaches with opportunities to take part in a range of sports and general coach education courses at a variety of levels.
Sessions have been arranged on a wide variety of sports, including netball, kettlebells, football, badminton and cricket. There are also courses on first aid, safeguarding and child protection and marketing workshops.
