A man was taken to hospital yesterday evening (Sunday, 3rd January) following a road traffic collision in Newborough on Anglesey.
At 17:41 North Wales Police received a report by the Ambulance Service of a two-vehicle collision involving a Honda motorcycle and a Citroen ZX on the Square.
An ambulance attended and the motorcyclist was taken to Ysbyty Gwynedd in Bangor with serious injuries. His injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
The road was closed and recovery was requested. The road re-opened shortly before 8pm.
