Over 700 businesses in Conwy are members of the Conwy Business Directory and more join each day. The Directory is a free online search tool launched by Conwy County Borough Council and makes it simple to find local businesses.
Councillor Goronwy Edwards, Conwy’s cabinet member for Communities said, “We are delighted to demonstrate our support to businesses in a practical way; the membership is growing daily and people are searching from around the country.”
The search tool can be used by anyone anywhere and customers can find anything from shops to financial advisors, from beauty salons to marine supplies all based in Conwy County Borough.
“We’ve had a fantastic response from people who have welcomed the new search tool. Local businesses shape the character of our community and rely on local custom to thrive and this makes it easier to do.” says Linda Ford from Conwy Council’s Business Support Team.
Better still, because the directory is online, businesses can keep their details up-to-date, which means customers can benefit from special offers and links to business websites.
