Council Chair visits Castle Heights, Flint

The Chair of Flintshire County Council, Councillor Hilary McGuill, recently visited Castle Heights, Flint, to thank Council employees who worked so hard to evacuate residents from their homes following the recent flood, which resulted in 24 flats being affected and elderly residents having to leave their homes.

Councillor McGuill said:

“Some of the staff went far beyond the call of duty to make sure all residents were kept safe, warm and fed. We are so lucky to have such dedication amongst our Council employees.”
