The former Strictly Come Dancing star visited Foster Swansea – the Council’s fostering team- to enable them to take part in a special workout.

Camilla is running a Dancing Queen Diet campaign with GMTV which viewers can sign up to for free online. Those that follow the diet can follow workout programmes, recipes and exercise plans online.

Her visit to Foster Swansea came as she travels around the country for the next month working out with viewers.

Six members of staff from the Social Services team took part in working out with Camilla today and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Linda Leonard, Angharad Evans, Santanu Sarma, Julie Kenealy, Angela Noonan and Lynsey Hughes were taught how to use dance to keep fit and have fun.

Angela Noonan said:” We were delighted the visit was able to go ahead. She is lovely and amazing and it was fun and taught us a few new moves.
