Clwyd West MP, David Jones, last Thursday met with representatives of the North East Wales Women’s Food and Farming Union (WFU) at Westminster.
The representatives were given a tour of the House of Commons, before meeting with Mr Jones, and went on to hold their AGM at the House.
Commenting on the visit David Jones said: “This will be the beginning of a dialogue with the WFU. The North East Branch is growing considerably and it represents important local views on farming issues within Clwyd West”.
