Over 300 pupils from Denbighshire schools will join forces on Thursday, June 19th at Ysgol Glan Clwyd to sing in a jamboree to celebrate Can Sing Day.
It is a national event created by Can Sing, which is managed by Cast Cymru and funded by the Welsh Government.
Pupils from Ysgol Glan Clwyd (St Asaph), Ysgol Twm o’r Nant (Denbigh), Ysgol y Llys (Prestatyn), Ysgol Pant Pastynog (Prion) and Ysgol Dewi Sant (Rhyl) are taking part in a massed song workshop led by Can Sing animateur Jenny Pearson.
Denbighshire’s Music Officer , Eleri Watkins said: “The Can Sing website is widely used by Denbighshire schools and this in an excellent opportunity to celebrate together in this National Day of singing”.
