Doggy Do – Bag it; Tie it; Bin it

A county wide campaign has been launched by Flintshire County Council to remind dog owners to clean up after their dogs or be prepared to pick up a fine of up to £1000.

‘Doggy Do – Bag it, Tie it, Bin it’ aims to get all dog owners to act responsibly when it comes to dog fouling, in the interest of a cleaner, safer Flintshire.

The campaign will also feature on Council vehicles until the late autumn, to get the message out on a daily basis across the county.

Councillor Dennis Hutchinson, Executive Member for Leisure and Public Protection, said:

“The Doggy Do campaign compliments the work that has already been taking place in raising awareness of the Council’s zero tolerance approach to those people found not cleaning up after their dogs.

North Wales Police and Flintshire County Council enforcement officers continue to patrol the county on a daily basis.”

Report incidences of dog fouling to our dedicated dog warden service on 01352 703366 or via email: [email protected]; please quote times, places and names if possible.
