Plaid Cymru has welcomed the announcement that Westminster leader Elfyn Llwyd MP is to be accepted as a member of the Privy Council.
Commenting Mr Llwyd said:
“This is recognition of the successes and the excellent work of the Plaid Cymru Westminster team past and present.
“I accept this in the knowledge of that recognition and that it will even better assist me to represent my constituents, speak up for Wales and to scrutinise the executive.”
