The Emergency Services in North Wales are inviting members of the public to join them at their annual Christmas Carol Service at Bangor Cathedral on Monday, December 6th.
The service will start at 7:30pm where Menai Bridge Brass Band and Ysgol Llanfairpwll Choir will be taking part.
“We are really pleased to have such a great line up of support for this year’s service,” said Chief Constable Mark Polin.
“It’s an opportunity for North Wales Police, North Wales Fire and Rescue Service, the Welsh Ambulance Service, Mountain Rescue Teams, Coastguard and any other service, voluntary or otherwise to come together to strike the right festive note.”
“Admission to the service is free and all emergency services staff, their family, friends, and members of the public are warmly invited to attend.”
Proceeds collected during the service will be shared between Tŷ Gobaith Children’s Hospice and the Cathedral.
After the service, a mince pie and a warm drink will be served at the back of the Cathedral.
