Police are appealing for the driver of a vehicle involved in a fatal road traffic collision in Bagillt, Flintshire in the early hours of Sunday January 30, to come forward.
A 31 year old woman who is now understood to be local to the Bagillt area, was found lying on the dual carriageway just past the initial junction for Bagillt westbound on the A548 in Bagillt at 4.37 am.
The driver of the vehicle failed to stop and report the collision.
