With the interest in family history growing and growing, inspired by programmes like Who Do You Think You Are? and easy internet access to census records, Gwynedd Council’s Archives Service has arranged a series of taster sessions to get people started.
The one day courses will be held at the Caernarfon Record Office and Meirionnydd Record Office and led by the Council’s staff.
You’ll get advice on how to get started on tracing your family history, take a look at the sources on offer and get to ask archivists your burning genealogy questions.
