Cappuccino Girls, the south Wales musical Sex and the City meets Friends is coming to The Gate in Cardiff from Tuesday, December 1 – Saturday, December 19 with shows on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 7.30pm and 2.30 matinees on Thursdays and Saturdays.
Tickets are £15 and £12 (or read on for a canny way to see shows for free), with the chance to make a real night of it with a sofa and Champagne on the stage for £60 a pair.
The Gate say they’re hoping this feel good show will end with audience dancing in the aisles – or close to them, or on them, or whever really – doing the Cappuccino Girls Dance, as demonstrated in this video:

Now, how to enjoy all this without so much as disturbing the clasp on your purse. The Gate needs volunteer stewards, who get to sit in on performances and are expected to be on duty from 6.30pm to 10.30pm on performance nights.
