Commenting on tonight’s ITV Wales-YouGov poll, Shadow Secretary of State for Wales Cheryl Gillan said:
“This poll in no way reflects our experience on the ground throughout Wales. It does, however, raise the big question: who can get the job done?
“We face an economy mired in debt which we must get moving, a broken society we need to transform, and a political system in a mess which we need to clean up.
“Gordon Brown can’t sort it out. He’s had 13 years and made things worse. He’s sinking and clinging to the LibDems as his life-raft.
“There is a huge choice in this election – between five more years of Gordon Brown’s tired government making things worse. Or change with the Conservatives – who have the ideas, values and leadership to get Wales and Britain moving again.”
