October 30th
Cardiff Arts Institute
The Institute Voodoo Island Weekender featuring Gecko & The Leano
As they go deeper into Zombie Territory on this Halloween Weekender, CAI have live music strong enough to awaken the dead. Gecko have been likened to ‘The King Blues meets Bedouin Soundclash with a touch of Jamie-T’. Described as ‘fearlessly cross(ing), folk, reggae and hip hop, beautifully detailing life, love and friendship. Raw, talented and one of the best songwriters in the UK.’ From 9pm, entry only £4.

Spooooooky Halloween Party in the main bar with a DJ until the early hours including apple bobbing and trick or treat boxes! Fancy dress welcome with a prize for the best costume on the night! Starts 9pm, free entry.

Ty-Risha, Bridgend
On the back of their very successful quiz the Ty-Risha will be holding a Halloween themed quiz. There is no cost to enter and normal quiz prizes will be given out, plus a prize for the best Halloween fancy dress. Also includes a small buffet for anybody who attends. Starts at 8pm.
October 31st
Birchgrove
Lots of games for children including apple bobbing, treasure hunt and much more! Special Halloween food available including Scary Burgers and Horrible Hot Dogs. Starts at 4pm, only £2 per child.
Black Lion, Lampeter
A special set menu of ghoulish dishes for one night only – only £13.95
Lamb & Flag
Special children’s & adult’s menu with dishes including the Warlocks Chilli Pot, Satan’s Steaks, Tarantula Tagliatelle, Halloween Haddock, Goblin Gammon and look out for our devilish desserts; Frankenstein’s bed – Sticky toffee pudding, Graveyard Pudding – Chocolate fudge cake and Vampire Blood Bath – Vanilla ice-cream with strawberry sauce. Menu will run from 5pm until 8.30pm as well as a raffle with proceeds going to Children in Need. The Lamb & Flag will also be running a colouring competition and spot prizes for fancy dress.
Hollybush, Cardiff
All kids are invited to come and join in some fantastically frightening fun, with lots of ghastly games, terrifying treats and gruesome goodies for all. From 4.30pm – 6pm and all children will receive a trick or treat party bag. Kid’s hot dogs & burgers will also be available.
