Hundreds of parents and toddlers flocked to Ystrad Mynach Park recently to attend a special healthy living event.
Parents of young children across the Caerphilly county borough took advantage of the good weather and headed to the FREE family fun day which was organised as part of the national ‘Change 4 Life’ campaign aimed at encouraging more people of all ages to lead a healthier lifestyle.
A range of activities took place within Ystrad Mynach Park and the adjacent Penallta RFC.
The day was organised by Health Challenge Caerphilly County Borough – a partnership involving the council, health board and other local agencies that encourages and supports people to lead happy and healthy lives.
