Horton & Porteynon RNLI lifeboat volunteers were called out to assist West Glamorgan Fire Service in the rescue of a dog that had gone over the edge of Rhossilli cliffs Gower on Saturday (13 February).
However upon arrival the dog was in the process of being saved, but a stray sheep was seen to be in a precarious position on the cliff face and after much persuading it was retrieved and taken aboard the lifeboat that took it safely back to shore.
