Llŷn natural beauty photography competition

Llŷn natural beauty (AONB) photography competition will be closing on Wednesday, 16 September, so if you hurry, there is still time left for you to send in your entries.

No one can deny the fact that Llŷn is one of the most naturally beautiful areas in Wales, inspiring several bards and artists over the years. Today Llŷn attracts photographers from all corners to try and capture the area’s distinct character on camera, and now is the chance for you to be inspired!

Entry to the competition is free, and open to all ages. The theme for the competition is “Llŷn’s Natural Beauty”, this can consist of landscape, coast, wildlife, historical remains, culture, or anything that is characteristic of the area’s natural beauty.

To send in your photographs simply visit the Llŷn Natural Beauty website www.ahne-llyn-aonb.org and follow the instructions to the competition.

An exhibition of the work will take place at Plas Glyn y Weddw during October, so good luck and remember to send in your pictures by the 16th!

There are a variety of prizes on offer, which include:

1st: Fuji finepix Digital Camera
