We know this is a long shot but a fellow photographer has misplaced his tripod while visiting Llyn Idwal.
He tells us:
“Whilst visiting family in north Wales I stopped off for a walk around Llyn Idwal between Capel Curig and Bethesda just off the A5. I was using a new Slik lighweight tripod that was a birthday present from the wife. Needless to say I’m in the doghouse for losing it after only a week!”
The tripod is a Slik Sprint Pro II, its a 4 section, lightweight one less than 1kg, constructed of aluminimum/steel in grey/black. Its in very good condition as it’s nearly new. Its missing the quick release plate which is still attached to his camera.
